This instrument is a square gas distribution system assembled on a base and bracket device. The stainless steel frame can hold 49 or 100 test tubes at a time, and each row and column of test tubes is numbered. Gas of 5-10psig enters the gas distribution manifold through an adjustable flow meter.
Each row of 7 or 10 guide tubes is controlled by a control valve, and a needle or glass tube blows gas onto the surface of the solution to rapidly evaporate the solvent.
The bath pot has been verified by UL/CUL and is suitable for laboratory use.
All materials comply with laboratory instrument standards and are resistant to organic solvents.
The water bath is equipped with a water level device and a high temperature limit switch to ensure safety.
The optional electrical leakage switch plug further ensures the safety of users.
For corrosive applications, acid resistant models can be chosen.
The temperature of the rectangular stainless steel water bath can be adjusted and controlled, and a constant water temperature can be accurately maintained within the temperature range of 30 ℃ to 70 ℃.
